Installation Help
If you don't see the Blingo Toolbar in your window, follow these instructions.
- In the View menu, look in the Toolbars
submenu. Make sure there is a checkmark next to "Blingo Toolbar." If
there's not, click "Blingo Toolbar" to activate it.
If you're running an earlier version of IE 5.0 (without service packs), your Blingo Toolbar may be listed in the Toolbars menu as "Radio". If there are two "Radio" options, please click on the second one. -
Your Blingo Toolbar may have been squeezed to the side of a pre-existing
toolbar or your browser's menu bar. You can move your Blingo Toolbar to a
different location. First, in the View menu, look in the
Toolbars submenu. Make sure there is no check box next to "Lock the
Toolbars". If there is, click "Lock the Toolbars" to uncheck it.
Next, click on the separator bar to the left of the Blingo logo and drag the Toolbar wherever you would like it:

If you still can't see the Blingo toolbar, close any Internet
Explorer browser windows and then open a new Internet
Explorer browser window. Your Blingo Toolbar should be just below the
browser's menu bar.
Features
Blingo Button
Click the Blingo logo to go to blingo.com. Click the arrow to the right of the Blingo button to choose from one of the following options:
- Blingo Home
Choose Blingo Home from the Blingo menu to go straight to the Blingo home page. You can also get there by clicking the Blingo logo.
- Clear Search History
The Blingo Toolbar keeps a list of your recent searches so that you can repeat them if you want to. To clear the list choose Clear Search History from the Blingo menu. The toolbar will instantly forget about your past searches.
- Help
Click Help at any time to return to this page.
- Uninstall
We hope you find the Blingo Toolbar useful, but if you'd like to remove it, just click Uninstall and follow the instructions to delete all traces of the toolbar from your system.
Web Search Button / Picture Search Button
Click the arrow to the right of the Web Search button to change it to Picture Search. Now any searches that you perform from the toolbar will look for pictures. Click the arrow again again to change back to Web Search.
Word Highlighter
Click this button to highlight your search query in the current page.
Blingo Messages
Watch this box for important messages from Blingo.
Popup Blocker
See that little arrow to the right of the popup blocker? Click it to see the popup blocker menu and turn the blocker, sound, and counter on and off. You can also reset the counter.
Hide/Remove Toolbars
Click this button to manage your other toolbars.
