1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States who are at least thirteen (13) years old and have an Internet connection. 2. How to Enter the Sweepstakes

To enter the Sweepstakes, just access a participating website and search the internet using its Search and Win search services. Each time you enter a unique search term, you will be eligible to win a prize. Clicking through to any other linked pages, including sponsored results and search results, will not result in additional Sweepstakes entries. No more than 25 searches per day will be eligible to win.

4. How to Claim a Prize

You will be notified immediately if you have won a Prize. To claim your Prize, you must follow the instructions in your notification within 30 minutes. Failure to timely and properly claim any Prize will result in forfeiture. All personally-identifiable information submitted by any winner to claim a Prize is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

If the Prize is presented as a motor vehicle: Any sales tax, title and license fees, registration and insurance fees, as well as other costs of claiming, operating or owning the vehicle, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must claim the vehicle at an authorized dealership within Winner's State and (if any) County of residence, and must take delivery within 90 days of winning from existing dealer stock of new vehicles. Neither the Sponsor nor any Promoter is responsible for any warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the vehicle, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Winner takes possession of the vehicle when Winner drives it off the lot. Prior to taking possession of the vehicle, Winner will be required to present a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

5. Winner Verification; Prize Receipt

Winners may be required to show verifiable proof of legitimate search and entitlement to win and to sign an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release in order to claim their Prize. If you have not received your Prize within six weeks after the end of the relevant Promotional Period, you must notify the Sponsor at info@blingo.com. Failure to notify the Sponsor of non-receipt within eight weeks after the end of the Promotional Period will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

6. Publicity

Participation constitutes consent to use of Winner's name, likeness and address (city, state) for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

7. General Conditions

Any Giveaway may be canceled, suspended and/or modified, in whole or in part, if in the opinion of the Sponsor any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Neither the Sponsor nor any Promoter is responsible for computer malfunctions, network connections, email delivery problems, systems failure or incompatibility, typographical, technical or key-stroke errors, or interruptions in internet service.

Prizes may be offered in different promotional presentations, combined with other Prizes or substituted with another of comparable or greater value. (For example, a $10 Prize may be offered or fulfilled as cash, a gift card or merchandise of comparable value.) No other cash option for, or substitution, assignment or transfer of, any Prize is permitted. Movie ticket Prizes may be redeemed only at participating theatres. Claimed Prizes will be awarded within two to six weeks after the end of the relevant Promotional Period. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for all taxes.

Sponsor reserves the right, in the case where all Prizes have been awarded prior to the scheduled end of the Promotion Period for any Giveaway, either to end the Giveaway or to replace some or all of such Prizes and continue.

Only the first 25 legitimate searches across all Promoter Web sites (as defined in Section 10 below) each day during the Promotional Period will qualify as entries (the "Daily Entry Limit"); any additional searches will not be eligible to win. All days begin at 12:01am PT and end at 11:59 pm PT on the date specified in each Giveaway. Searches for the same word, or for the letters of the alphabet, and other irrelevant search queries and similar schemes, will not be deemed to constitute legitimate searches. You may not enter with multiple identities or use any automated system or other device or artifice to enter or obtain more than the maximum number of qualified entries. If the Sponsor changes the number of qualifying searches per day, or elects to shorten the Promotion Period, it will provide at least one day's prior notice through these Official Rules. You and your entries may be disqualified if you attempt to circumvent these Official Rules or the Terms of Service of this Web site.

8. Limitations of Liability

If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the same or a comparable Sweepstakes (or, if that is not possible for any reason, in a random drawing from among other eligible entries for any or all of the unclaimed prizes offered in a Giveaway). No claimant in any dispute involving the Sponsor or any Promoter shall be entitled to claim or obtain indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. Liability of the Sponsor or any Promoter on a claim is limited to the value of the Prize in question.

9. Disputes

Decisions of the Sponsor's Board of Judges are final. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to conduct a search will be deemed to be the entrant. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision in these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Sponsor; Promoters

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Publishers Clearing House, 101 Winners Circle, Port Washington, NY 11053-4016. The Sponsor may contract with others (each, a "Promoter") to make the Sweepstakes available through Search and Win opportunities offered on their respective Web sites (each, a "Promoter Web site"). The Blingo Refer-a-Friend Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") consists of a prize pool available to registered Blingo users who participate in the Blingo Friends Refer-a-Friend Program located at http://www.blingo.com/aboutfriends (the "Blingo Friends Program") and whose friends ("Referred Friends") participate in the series of overlapping promotional Giveaways known as the Search and Win Sweepstakes.

11. Sweepstakes Results; Official Rules

A limit of one online entry per day is allowed per individual and per e-mail address for each separate online promotion unless otherwise specified. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same email address or from the same individual using multiple email addresses in violation of this rule will be declared ineligible.

All entries received by 11:59 P.M., ET, 10/3/10 from this online promotion will be eligible for a Publishers Clearing House $10 Million SuperPrize® (Giveaway No. 1400) and a $100,000.00 prize (Giveaway No. 1688). All entries between 9/1/10 and 9/2/10 will also be eligible for a $1,000.00 prize (Giveaway No. 1589). You will automatically be entered into the appropriate Giveaways by registering and/or signing-in at this Search & Win Website and conducting a search (one entry per day). Unless otherwise specified, if the matching winning number from a Giveaway has not been returned at giveaway end, the minimum prize registered amount alone is guaranteed to be awarded to an alternate winner by second chance random drawing among eligible entries at giveaway end. In the unlikely event that the winning number from a winning Bulletin/promotion is duplicated, there will be a random drawing among such inadvertently duplicated numbers to determine a winner. Prizes will be paid as follows: Win $10,000,000.00 from Giveaway No. 1400 and you will receive $225,000.00 a year for 29 years and a final payment of $275,000.00 in the 30th year.
