Blingo Buzz: May 2006

To find things on the Internet, everybody uses a search engine. The difference with Blingo is that sometimes doing a search will also give you a little surprise. In the past 24 hours alone, we've given away 55 of those surprises, and 17 of them were Visa Gift Cards worth $100 each. Thanks for using Blingo!

Most of our winners were just people looking for something on the Internet. They entered a search, took a brief detour to tell us where to send the prize, then went right back to their search results. The other winners were people who invited their friends to use Blingo. How's that work?

Happy Mother's Day, Blingo Moms! At about 1:50 this afternoon, Pacific Time, we gave away a Frenzy of $200 Visa Gift Cards to people who were searching on Blingo. We hope at least some of the 15 prizes went to moms, and maybe the other winners should treat mom to a fancy dinner.

To add Blingo to your search box, just visit our Toolbars & Plugins page. There you'll find three simple steps, and in about 60 seconds tops, you'll have Blingo at your fingertips.

Wow, and we thought the last Frenzy was crazy. Tonight at about 8:40pm Pacific Time, Blingo suddenly started giving away Visa Gift Cards worth $200, $100, and $25 ... even a few iPod Nanos. And the Frenzy didn't stop until 19 big prizes had been given away in the course of 20 minutes. That's almost one every minute!

Whoa, we haven't mentioned a Blingo Frenzy here in the Buzz pages lately, but we had to tell you about the one we had this afternoon (or evening, for our East Coast Blingo-ers).
